Incorrect product received

Requests
must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order
Items must remain unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Exchanges are applicable only for the same item originally purchased

Used, washed, or altered items
Sale or discounted products
Process
Once
your request is received, our team will arrange the return collection
All returned items undergo a quality inspection
If approved, we will proceed with the exchange or return accordingly
For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched promptly

Inside
Dhaka: 160 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 260 BDT
Courier charges are to be borne by the customer
